For orders below the free shipping threshold, shipping costs will be calculated automatically at checkout.


4. Delivery & Inspection

Please check your package carefully upon delivery for any signs of damage such as tears or openings.
If any damage is detected, request a damage report from the courier and do not accept the package.
We are not responsible for any damage to products that have been accepted without a damage report.


5. Address Information

7. Undelivered Orders

If the courier is unable to reach the recipient, the package will be held at the local branch for a limited time.
Orders that are not collected within this period will be returned to us.
Reshipping fees for returned orders are the responsibility of the customer.
