DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

Tılsım Hair Extensions – Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement has been concluded electronically between the Seller and the Buyer in accordance with international e-commerce regulations and distance selling laws.

By placing an order through our website, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read and accepted the terms of this agreement.

The Buyer acknowledges that they have reviewed the product details before completing the purchase.

4. Pricing and Payment

Payments can be made using the payment methods available on the website at the time of purchase.

The Buyer agrees to pay the total amount shown in the order summary.

Orders are processed only after payment confirmation has been received.

5. Delivery

Products will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the Buyer during the checkout process.

8. Returns and Refunds

9. Limitation of Liability

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
