Shipping Terms: • Orders are shipped within 3 business days at the latest after payment confirmation. • Domestic deliveries within Türkiye usually arrive within 1–3 business days. • All products are shipped via our contracted courier company.
Return Conditions: • For hygiene reasons, only unused and unopened products can be returned within 14 days. • You can submit your return request via tilsimsacperuk@hotmail.com. • Return shipping costs will be covered by our company only if the product is defective. • After the returned product reaches us and passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 7 business days at the latest.
